Hayman’s London Dry Gin 41.2% 70cl

Hayman's has been making Gin since 1863 when James Burrough , a pharmacist experimented with a number of Gin recipes. Gin is a family tradition, Christopher Hayman is the great grandson of James. Christopher is the Hayman's master distillery and his children James and Miranda run the business.

Hayman have used the same botanicals and the same recipe for more than 150 years, they obtain their ingredients from all over the globe such as Macedonia, Bulgaria, Spain, Belgium, France, amongst others. There are 10 botanicals include juniper berries, Coriander , Lemon peel, Orange peel, Angelica root, Cinnamon, Cassia bark, Liquorice, Nutmeg, orris root; that are used in varying measure depending on the type of Gin. Recently Hayman has moved back to London in a larger distillery and training facility.
