Use Canarío Cachaça to mix a typical Brazilian Batidas. Depending on the flavour, this is made by mixing fresh tropical juices or fruits, or these fruits are puréed and mixed with plenty of ice – and of course Canarío Cachaça.

For those who like less matured and spicy distillates. Carries with very playful, light and yet complex sensation, though can “rude” on the palette. Bottled summer. Fresh fruit salad (with plenty of chunks of pineapple), followed by a herbal hint of cut grass. It has the characteristically fresh, yet subtle flavour of sugar cane and a pleasantly mild, pure and harmonious taste.
CanoRio Cachaça comes to us from the Fazenda Soledade company in Rio, Brazil. They press their sugar cane within 24 hours of it being harvested to create the juice which in turn is used to create this refreshing spirit. Of course, this works very well in a Caipirinha.
Fazenda Soledade Ltd. was established in 1977 with the launch of Nêga Fulô, its first cachaça. Since then, it has become the source for other emblematic brands of cachaça: CanaRio, Moleca and Tucano. The successful experience in the production of ultra premium cachaças is evolving and reaching even higher quality levels.
